Turmeric has powerful antioxidant effects. Not only does it neutralize free radicals, it stimulates the body’s own antioxidant enzymes. The active ingredient in turmeric called curcumin, is a natural anti-inflammatory compound, made 2000% more bioavailable when taken with black piperine, the active ingredient in black pepper.  Our turmeric contains 5% curcumin, which is a fat soluable compound and therefore much more bioavailable with coconut milk. 

Manuka honey is both healing and anti-bacterial.  Uniquely Australian, and harvested from Jellybush, manuka honey has been traditional used by indigenous cultures on everything from wound dressing to viral treatment. Manuka honey is stable and doesn't lose it potency when exposed to dilution, heat or light. 

How to use: Add a teaspoon to a little heated or textured milk or hot water, stir to combine. Then add the remaining milk to make 200ml. If you like your drinks on the sweeter side, add a teaspoon of maple syrup.
