Shipping Policy

Australia Wide Delivery

 

Flat Fee of AU $8.95 Delivery to anywhere in Australia, all orders over $100 are shipped free

 

Store Pick Up

 

You may also select store pick up to pick your order up from Mega Health Hallett Cove, you will recieve a confirmation to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up.

 

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped on average within 24-48 hours from the time you order, you will recieve a tracking notifictaion once your order has shipped.

 

Orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
 

Shipping Area

Healthy Products is located in Hallett Cove, South Australia and delivers to all locations Australia Wide, local pick up is also available.

 

We will be able to ship overseas in the near future

 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Sendle & Australia Post using a combination of eParcel, Parcel Post, Couriers Please & Fastway delivery services.

 

Returns Policy

 

Healthy Products is happy to offer a refund or exchange in the case of damaged or faulty items only. We regret that we cannot offer a refund/exchange due to allergic reaction to any product/s.

The procedure to follow if you are in receipt of a damaged/faulty product is:

1. Contact Healthy Products by phone or email immediately to advise of the problem with the product. Click on the "Contact Us" button at the top of our web page for our contact details.

2. You must advise us of the problem with the product/s within 30 days of receipt of the item.

3. If Healthy Products has agreed to accept return of a faulty/damaged item, then that item must be returned to us within 30 days of authority being given by us to return the item.

4. Healthy Products will arrange the return through our Australia Post eParcel system and you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the return. Healthy Products will bear the cost of the postage for return of damaged/faulty items.

5. Please do not return any item/s without making prior arrangements with Healthy Products.

6. All goods to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original state, i.e. unused and in their original packaging.

7. Healthy Products accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items after they have been delivered or left at the customer's delivery address by Couriers Please.

8. Any agreed refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
