We are dedicated to making local crafted Kombucha that maximises health benefits without compromising flavour. All of our brews are started with filtered water, organic black tea then fermented with organic raw sugar.

Our Kombucha is lovingly hand crafted using only the freshest organic fruits and vegetables, which are locally sourced then cold pressed. Our Kombucha is alive so it’s important to keep it refrigerated at or below 4̊c.

Small strands of Kombucha may appear, these are just signs of a natural, healthy and raw Kombucha.
