Extra Strength St John's Wort 3600 contains a standardised extract of St. John's wort, an established medicinal plant with a long tradition of use in Western herbal medicine.

St John's wort may assist in the management of mild anxiety, nervous tension, restlessness and irritability.

St John's wort may improve the architecture and quality of sleep and help relieve sleeplessness.

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Adults and children over 12 years - Take 1-2 tablets daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
