With only 4 ingredients this ferment is perfect in its simplicity and is a welcome addition to any dish in need of a bit of freshness. Organic Granny Smith apples and fresh dill combined with cabbage and Murray River Salt to create a crisp, vibrant condiment.

A local cafe puts it on their traditional Ruben Sandwich – delicious!! It also pairs well with smoked fish, green leafy vegetables, mashed potato and any protein.
