DIRECTIONS OF USE

Powder Adults: 1g (⅓ teaspoon), 1-2 times daily. Mix into water or juice.

Capsules Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with water or juice.

Children: Ask a health care professional for dosage

Exceeding the recommended dosage at one time may loosen bowel motions in some people.  Can be used short term as a natural laxative.
