How Much Do I Need To Use?
Due to how effective our Amazing Bath Flakes are, you only need to use 1/2 cup in a regular sized bath.  Add a tablespoon into a foot bath.  Reseal bag after use.  We recommend 2-3 baths per week in conjunction with daily use of your magnesium spray, lotion, or gel.

I Don't Have A Bath.
We highly recommend you get one, they are fantastic. Otherwise try adding a tablespoon into a foot bath, this is still a great way to reap the benefits of Amazing Magnesium. You may prefer to use our Amazing Magnesium Gel or our Amazing Magnesium Spray.
